When we woke up this morning it was 50 degrees -- I love this time of year!! Windows were up and we were all hunkered down under our warm blankets. Good sleeping weather. I think we all passed out good last night -- even Norah slept soundly. As the new day dawned, it was apparent that it was not a day for summer tank tops and shorts... even Norah had to put socks on for the first time in months! As the girls were dressed and ready for school, they just looked all "fall" and seasonal. Here are a few sister shots for your enjoyment.

I loved reading your blog today. I just get happy this time of year. I had no idea temps were supposed to drop this way. Jackson opened the garage door this morning and the cool air hit me; it was wonderful. I think I actually became "giddy." So, when we got home from taking him to school, after some requisite care, Henry and I went for a quick walk to enjoy the day. Hope yours is as beautiful as the blue sky.
