The Human Hoover

We have often joked that we need a dog to clean-up the floor after meal times (if you have children, you know what I mean). Well, we have discovered we have the next best thing... a Human Hoover! Little Miss Norah has taken the 5-second rule to extremes... more of a 5-day rule, if you will. If there is a Cheerio under any chair, table, or rug, she will find it and take care of it. Here is a picture of Norah traversing the terrain over and under her highchair in order to reach the coveted Cheerio. Who needs to vacuum when you have the Human Hoover??










It has taken a couple of weeks, but Norah has finally discovered the Christmas tree. Mostly, she could care less about it, but here is a picture of when her curiosity was getting the best of her.









Norah is pulling up these days... nothing and no one is safe as she tries to climb, crawl, and pull up on all of us. I don't think she will be walking by Christmas, but I think she will definitely be on her own two feet by her first birthday. If you remember, Josie was 16 months old before she walked and it took tubes in her ears for it to happen even then! These kids, while definitely cut from the same cloth, are from very different dye lots. They are so alike... and yet SO different. I guess that is the joy of having children!
